1. Water bottle - there is water at the studio to fill your water bottle, or a café across the way.
2. Grip socks - your Introduction to Pilates Appointment will supply you with your first pair.
3. Wear comfortable stretchy clothes that will move with your body and cover you up if you're in a, let's say, exposing position.
1. Start with an Introduction to Pilates Private Appointment.
2. Then progress onto Private Sessions.
3. When your trainer feels ready, you can go into class or stick with private appointments .
4. Start a group session of your own if you don’t play well with others.
5. If you're experienced in Pilates, jump right into a class, and we look forward to seeing you there.
Think of classes as maintenance and strength building.
Private sessions are better for
- Rehabilitation
- Perfecting technique
- One on one attention because you're worth it
- You’ll get sooooo much more out of class if you’ve done private sessions beforehand
If you have an injury or specified pain, book a private session to learn how to manage that in a class setting, or you may need to stay in a private session until you are strong enough for class.
