  • Come back to Private Sessions every now and then to perfect your technique even further and just cause they are super fun when your stronger!!

Pregnancy Private Sessions are designed to 

  • Help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles to help with delivery
  • Focus on your breathing to help you thru labour
  • Work in and around the new life growing inside of you
  • Strengthen Glutes Upper Back and Legs
  • Find some ‘me time’ before bub arrives
  • Help with sciatica, lower back pain and overall wellbeing

Postnatal Private Sessions are designed to:

  • Strengthen T-Zone and help close any separation
  • Re-focus on your body mind & breathe
  • Help you feel like you again
  • If you can’t find any ‘me time’ we will work bub into the workout
