Reformer Tower Class (45mins, $28)

This class is designed to:

  • Perfecting the fundamentals of Pilates on this versatile machine
  • We stand, sit, stretch, in, on and around the machine. 
  • Includes mat and tower exercises
  • Think stationary reformer
  • Good for those with motion sickness
  • Improve balance coordination and stamina
  • Classes of 9 (pick your favourite reformer or try the Cadillac for a change)
  • Great for the mind body and soul
  • A complete body workout
  • The mat is there in case you need to drop the level of intensity down a notch and the resistance is unlike the reformer.
  • Take your training to the next level

All Ages Mat and Tower Class (45 mins, $28)

This Pilates Mat & Tower Class is designed to:

  • Cement the Pilates Method
  • Re-enforce the Pilates Technique of Breath, Precision, Centre, Concentration, Control, Fluidity
  • Include everyone
  • Includes mat and tower exercises
  • Think stationary reformer
  • Good for those with motion sickness

Jumping Class (30 mins, $19)

This class is designed to:

  • BE FUN
  • Re-energise your work day
  • Get the heart rate up
  • Make you feel like you’re floating
  • Take you back to your childhood trampoline BUT without the bounce
  • Want to go longer than 30mins, join 2-3 sessions in a row
  • Challenge your core
  • Challenge your glutes
  • Push yourself to the next level in your training
  • Improve your cardiovascular stamina
  • Learn to control the body in various tempos and positions

This is the complete Core and Lower Body experience with the jump board.  It will take you back to your younger self while you feel like you’re floating and muscles are burning.  

Best of all, it will challenge the mind and breath.

Pregnancy & Postnatal (30 mins, $19)

You should have had at least one Private Session before entering either Pregnancy or Postnatal classes to see where your body is at.  So, your trainer can help you get the best out of the class environment.

PREGNANCY CLASS  (30mins) $19

You should have had at least one Personal Training Session before entering the Pregnancy Class environment.

The Pregnancy Class environment is designed to:

  • Help prepare your body for the workout of Labour (yes it is a workout :)).
  • Teach you how to breathe properly to endure Labour.
  • Suitable for any trimester.
  • Increase strength in Postural, Leg and Glute muscles in prepartion for the little body you will be lifting a million times a day AFTER Labour.
  • & Just for you….. to Re-focus on your body, your mind, and your breathe.

POSTNATAL CLASS (30mins) $19

The Post Natal Class environment is designed to 

  • Help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and further close any separation
  • Shrink your body back to a new you
  • Work in and around the new life your in charge of
  • Re-focus on your body mind & breathe
  • Help you feel like you again
  • If you can’t find any ‘me time’ we will work bubs into the class

Altho the class environment is more maintenance not rehabilitation.  The post natal class is specifically designed to practice the strength exercises you’ve learnt in your personal training session with other new mums.  To help you feel more comfortable with the massive life change you’ve just had.

Please ensure you’ve got medical clearance before coming to Pilates Post Natal.

All Ages Mat Class (30mins $15)

This class is designed to:

  • Include everyone
  • Includes pilates mat exercises only
  • Learn the fundamental Principles of Pilates (Breath, Precision, Centre, Concentration, Control, Fluidity)
  • Great for beginners
  • Amazing for those who want to perfect their technique 
  • Great if you can’t get down on the floor because the reformer is set up as a large mat
